Brutus is a tragic hero as his judgement of error in killing Caesar leads to his downfall but he is an inherently good man.

Explanation:

Brutus is an enigmatic character in the play as he joins the conspiracy and drags the dagger into the heart of Caesar yet he has love for him and torments himself for doing it.

He does not kill Caesar eventually because he hates him, he mentions repeatedly that he likes him and thinks of him as a great man and as a friend .

He does so because he thinks this is what will be good for Rome and as a patriot it is his responsibility to do this for the nation.

He torments himself for the act and realizes eventually that it has done more harm than good, making him die in the end as his fall is tragic and follows the classical principles.

select the correct text in the passage. Which phrase uses the rhetorical device pathos? Declaration of Independence by Thomas Je
andreyandreev [35.5K]

Answer: Which phrase uses the rhetorical device pathos? Declaration of Independence by Thomas Jefferson (adapted excerpt) We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, endowed with certain fundamental rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it. To institute a new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to most likely affect their safety and happiness. Prudence will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shown, that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while injustices are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

What is the Filipino value that we should be proudest of why?
forsale [732]

Bayanihan is the most significant Filipino value that we should abandon, whereas Malasakite is the most popular among Filipinos.

Malasakit is to be considerate of others. I hope all Filipinos are concerned.

Filipino values should be followed by everyone in the modern world. Because Filipino principles encourage everyone to respect others and elders, to help friends and benefactors, and to adapt to unfamiliar situations. In today's world, this is critical.

What Filipinos have in common and what distinguishes them is their hospitality. Filipinos nowadays are likely to be among the few, if not the only, English-speaking Orientals. The official language is Filipino, whereas English is an unofficial language.
