Answer:

the correct answer for: The two paths that modern classical music divided into were _____ and _____. Is: more freedom and careful control.

Explanation:

Music is a discipline and as a discipline, it has different techniques, styles, types and also paths. Let's think about paths as a big mountain melting and creating rivers. These rivers eventually diverse themselves creating smaller streams, those two are the strongest streams in our era. Both are identified by the techniques of creation and elaboration. Because predecessors introduced the step stones of sounds, melody, and organization while modern classical music consists of perfecting those.

What is rudiment in music
spayn [35]

Hello :)

Rudiment basically means the basics of something or the foundation of something, something that is essential to learning something else.

For example, in math a rudiment would be learning addition or in reading a rudiment would be learning the alphabet or to write, these are things we would need in order to progress.

In Music the Rudiment or the basic things you need to know would be:

  • The Music Notes (clefs, whole note, half note, quarter note, eighth note, etc)
  • The Staff ( and the tones of each staff)
  • Different types of Bar Lines
  • Key Signatures (flat & sharp)
  • Time Signatures (4/4, 2/4, and 3/4)
  • Dynamics (piano, forte, etc)
