The colonial boundaries created countries where they did not exist, separated tribal groups in many cases, and often brought

Between 1881 and 1911, the entire African continent (with few exceptions) was conquered by seven European countries. The indigenous peoples found themselves integrated into the political and economic structures created by the European colonizers, finding themselves subjected to them.

The elites of indigenous peoples (such as tribal leaders) enjoyed some advantages, such as some social positions, but Africans were generally excluded from political decisions. A democracy can have both representative and direct characterisies at the same time
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

Yes because many states in the Middle and Western US are democracies consisting of both elements. On the one hand, they have Legislatures made up of Representatives and Senators - this is, of course, representative democracy since the officials are elected and then go on to represent their electors in the Legislature. Additionally, many of these states have the initiative and referendum process.

Which parts of the warm-up did you find were easiest? Why?
Feliz [49]

The easiest part of the exercise, personally were the push-ups. I find push-ups the easiest because I don't get tired that easily compared to other exercises like pull-ups, etc. I found push-ups being my favorite exercise in this set because they're really good for your arm and shoulders, pectorals and deltoids. Push-ups are also easy for me because they're one of the most repetitive, basic exercises but they're good because they use your body against yourself.
