The French artist Édouard Manet painted his work called Olympia using as inspiration the Renaissance work "Venus de Urbino" by the Italian Titian.

The work Venus de Urbino is an oil painting that seeks to represent the sensuality of Venus shown as a real woman, however Manet with her work Olympia wanted to make a parody of Titian's work, leading her to represent the sexual extreme, in addition to replacing several figures of the original work, including Titian's dog for a cat, for which Manet was known as the painter of cats.

Alright look, I am not 100% sure, but I am going to try to help you the best I can.  I personally think it's in government archives because it would have been stored away there and would most likely be preserved so people can learn about it and it's origins.

To graduate from a learners license to an operators license you need these steps below.

1.) Must be at least 16 years old.
2.) Hold learners license for 12 months or age 18 (whichever comes first)
3.) Have driven at least 50 hours with learners license (10 of which were at night)
4.) Provide signed Certification of Minor Driving Experience Form.
5.) Passed driving skills test. (The vehicle used for the driving test must have a current registration and be insured.)

I included more information so you can have a much easier time in requiring this upgrade.
