Answer:

According to Aristotle the Ethos deals with the character of speaker and the speaker should appear credible during public speaking. He considered competence, good intention and empathy to be necessary for a speaker to appear credible. The ethos is transmitted through self portrayal, mostly through nonverbal and verbal factors, so a speaker should be aware of both verbal and nonverbal factors. He also said that there is no good or bad self portrayal as it depends on the context.

Explain in English why Chile is a very diverse country
USPshnik [31]
The geography of Chile is extremely diverse as the country extends from a latitude of 17° South to Cape Horn at 56° (if Chilean claims on Antarctica are included Chile would extend to the South Pole) and from the ocean on the west to Andes on the east. Chile is situated in southern South America, bordering the South Pacific Ocean and a small part of the South Atlantic Ocean. Chile's territorial shape is among the world's most unusual. From north to south, Chile extends 4,270 km (2,653 mi), and yet it only averages 177 km (110 mi) east to west. On a map, it looks like a long ribbon reaching from the middle of South America's west coast straight down to the southern tip of the continent, where it curves slightly eastward. Diego Ramírez Islands and Cape Horn, the southernmost points in the Americas, where the Pacific and Atlantic oceans turbulently meet, are Chilean territory. Chile's northern neighbors are Peru and Bolivia, and its border with Argentina to the east, at 5,150 km (3,200 mi), is the world's third longest.

Which continent benefitted the most from the Triangle Trade and why? Which continent benefitted the least?
Oksana_A [137]
Give the large amounts of sugar and other goods brought to New England through triangle trade, North America would have benefited most. The Caribbean received manpower in the form of slaves from Africa, while Africa sold its mapower in exchange for goods (lots of rum), meaning it most likely benefited the least.

If private citizens want to be part of the solution to world problems through nongovernment organizations (NGOs), they should
LenaWriter [7]
Private citizens can join non-government organizations (NGOs) through volunteering. Usually, different countries in the west highly support their NGOs that promote and envision the growth of their society or other societies.

Volunteer groups like GreenPeace and Housing and Development Organizations are the commonly involved groups in giving solutions to world problems. They provide the necessary service of basic commodities (e.g. food, water, shelter) for the good of many in mostly remote areas where help does not reach its way or where help is not enough. A person can easily volunteer by signing up to his desired organization that he knows would cater to the need of many.
