Cardinal Bellarmine responded to the arguments from Galileo; as he stated, “To assert that the earth revolves around the sun is as erroneous as to claim that Jesus was not born of a virgin.” This makes the answer letter A for that the bible passages about the sun still should have not been interpreted literally.

What are some possible negative effects created from the invention of printmaking? How do you think these were handled?
skelet666 [1.2K]

1. The waste of paper, which is the waste of trees.

2. Overwhelming work- in the past printmaking was a days worth job and it wasn't simply clicking a button in the beginning. Benjamin Franklin knew this, but thanks to technology most of us know print making to be much more simpler today.

3. Injuries- if you were handling the equipment and machinery involved in print making than you best pay close attention and fully understand the job otherwise you could get hurt in the process.

Kind of the same today. children still need to be careful around printers and certain specific objects.

How did the president of the united states persuade congress to declare war?
Marianna [84]

Answer:

President Woodrow Wilson asks Congress to send U.S. troops into battle against Germany in World War I. In his address to Congress that day, Wilson lamented it is a fearful thing to lead this great peaceful people into war. Four days later, Congress obliged and declared war on Germany.

In February and March 1917, Germany, embroiled in war with Britain, France and Russia, increased its attacks on neutral shipping in the Atlantic and offered, in the form of the so-called Zimmermann Telegram, to help Mexico regain Texas, New Mexico and Arizona if it would join Germany in a war against the United States. The public outcry against Germany buoyed President Wilson in asking Congress to abandon America’s neutrality to make the world safe for democracy.
