In Act I, of "The Tragedy of Macbeth", by William Shakespeare, what Macbeth feels about Duncan's plans for his son is option C. Macbeth has "black and deep desires" regarding Duncan's son and heir, Malcolm.  Macbeth has been told by the witches that he is to become King.
