Answer:

The types of food Steven should consider in his diet are carbohydrate-containing foods with a low GI (glycemic index) these include;

dried beans and legumes (like kidney beans and lentils), all non-starchy vegetables, some starchy vegetables like sweet potatoes, most fruit, and many whole grain breads and cereals (like barley, whole wheat bread, rye bread, and all-bran cereal).

Explanation:

Glycemic index (GI)measures how carbohydrate containing foods raises blood glucose. Foods with high G.I raises blood glucose level so high, diabetes patients are advised against such foods conversely foods with low GI does not raise the blood glucose level so high.

Some of the non-coding DNA may be transcribed into into any of the functional non-coding RNA molecules such as ribosomal RNA, transfer RNA and regulatory RNA. Other functions of the non-coding DNA involve translational and transcriptional regulation of the protein coding sequences, origin of DNA replication process, scaffold attachment, telomeres and centromeres.
