Answer:

Early Tehuacan Valley people were hunter-gatherers who first domesticated maize.

Explanation:

The Tehuacan Valley is an arid plateau located in southeast Puebla, a state located in central Mexico. The Tehuacan Valley is renowned for being an extremely dry region, where rain is scarce and access to fresh water is difficult. Despite that, the Tehuacan Valley has been continously inhabited for millennia, with the first nomad hunter-gatherers arriving in the area some 20,000 years ago. According to several findings, including those in a cave known as the Maize Cave, it was here were maize was first domesticated, some 7,000 years ago. This led to the Tehuacan Valley being the site of some of the first permanent settlements in Mesoamerica. Starting around 2000 BCE, the valley inhabitants devised and built a series of canals and dams to collect the much needed water for their maize crops. Because of this history, the Tehuacan Valley is also known as the "Cradle of Maize" worldwide.

Bear flag Revolt

Explanation:

Known as the Bear Flag Revolt, a reference to the short-lived republic’s flag, this event was something between an American invasion and a miniature war of independence. Though the fighting was limited and the country it established lasted less than a month, the Bear Flag Revolt led directly to the American acquisition of what is now its most populous state.

How were the Mongols agents of cultural preservation and of cultural diffusion
kogti [31]

The Mongols were an empire that succeded in preservating their culture and their ways thanks to the comercial spirit they had.

They traveled all around Asia conquering territories and using their abilities for diffusing their culture by the means of selling and offering their products.

They were a culture opened in the sense that everyone could chose what to believe and how to live, this was a way of showing Asia how they lived and inspiring millions of people to be part of the culture.

This characteristic has made the mongols remain as a culture and it continues the enlargement of their followers.
