Conflicts can be based on personal issues, caste issues, racial discriminating, political dealings and international levels between country to country. The key reason behind any conflict is the “collective sentiment” of a person’s own group and his feelings towards the other group. These feelings can either be positive or negative and if they are negative then they can become the reason behind rising conflict between the two groups. Conflicts can be directed from person to person in the form of verbal communication as well as non-verbal.  

It is very rare that conflict is seen as constructive but if we talk about particularly in sports, the levels of conflicts can lead to mutual benefits for both the parties and it leads to effectiveness.
