I believe the answer is street drugs and over-the -counter medications.

Streets drugs is dangerous in general because the majority of them are created without proper research and acknowledgement from trusted establishments.
Even though most of the over-the-counter drugs are approved by FDA, they tend to cause problem because many of its users use the drugs to treat the wrong sickness or purposely use it as a form of recreational drugs.

What is (U.S.) health insurance in general, and how does it work?
Airida [17]

Health insurance offers a way to reduce such costs to more reasonable, affordable amounts. The way it typically works is that the consumer pays an up front premium to a health insurance company and that payment allows you to share "risk" with lots of other people who are making similar payments.

Answer: Refractory period of the cardiac action potential

Explanation:

Unlike the skeletal muscle which can be reactivated before it reaches a contraction, cardiac muscle must wait before it is almost completely relaxed to be activated again (because of its long refractory period), so one cannot make an increase in strength of contraction with a high frequency of stimulations.
