The equation of the line would be y = 2x + 15. This equation is in slope intercept form of a line, which is y = mx + b, where m stands for the slope and b stands for the y - intercept.  In your case, the slope is already given. The y - intercept is the number on a graph where the line passes through the y axis. For example, when you plot the coordinate (0,1) on a graph, it looks like the graph that I am going to show you below.
