The Dasht-e Kavir desert is a desert located in the country of Iran. It is the most inhospitable place for life in the country, and very few organism manage to survive in this environment. The sheer amount of salt and high temperatures during the summer make it extremely hard for anything to live in here. And even in the colder part of the year, when the temperatures can go bellow 0 C degrees, it is still not a pleasant place.
