A student is reading an article titled "Bay Window Repair” and sees the signal words "first,” "next,” and "then.” Based on these
sergejj [24]

The best prediction that the student can make based on the signal words  "first,” "next,” and "then," is;

  • the order of importance in which the components of bay windows should be repaired.

To signify the order of importance when writing a text, enumerate them using signal words like the above-listed.

"First", alerts the reader that the point being made should come before others due to its rank of importance.

This is followed by the next step and the sequence continues to the end.

Since the Bay Window will be in its component parts, the order in which the components should be fixed will be signified in the article.

tigry1 [53]

Answer:

- They have unappealing connotations, which helps the speaker use a mocking tone to insult death by saying he is usually found in unappealing places.

Explanation:

Word-choice play a vital role in the conveying the intended meaning and message of the audience.

As per the question, the response i.e. 'They have unappealing connotations, which helps the speaker use a mocking tone to insult death by saying he is usually found in unappealing places' most evidently elaborates the influence of the words 'poyson, warre, and sicknesse.' The author conveys an unpleasant implication through these words that assists him to adopt a mocking attitude which maligns death('slave to fate') by asserting that it is generally found in dreary locations and places.

Create an informative paragraph that explains to an audience how to complete a process. Ensure your information has enough detai
Korvikt [17]

Answer:

Hello everyone! Today we have an important task, which is cleaning the house. I will explain everything in a moment, but first I need you guys to go get some mops and brooms. Okay, now that we partially we have what we need lets get started! First, we will get the brooms, each of us having one and we shall get all the dust and dirt in one place. Great, now that we have done that we shall put a piece of paper and put it onto it, but you might wonder how?Well it s pretty simple, one of us shall hold the paper and another person shall move the dust and dirt slowly towards the piece of paper. There might be a chance of not succeeding at getting all the dust and dirt on the piece of paper because it will fall. If so, the person that holds the paper moves the paper a bit more behind so we can repeat the process until there is no more dirt and dust. The next step is mopping the house, we shall get some water and the mops, for now we will put the mops aside, because we need to put in the water some liquid for the mop water. After this is done we get the mops and put them one at a time, each mop staying there for 2 seconds and then drained so we won t make so much water on the floor which we are currently cleaning. Then, we get the mops and start mopping the floor by putting the mops on the floor and move them from front to yourself, repeat process by moving until the whole floor is clean.
