ADP, NAD+,and Glucose are all inputs. ADP  is needed to be phosphorylated  with inorganic phosphate (Pi) ATPs needed to initiate the process of  of glycolysis.By phosphorylating glucose to fructose-bisphosphate.so that energy contained id extracted.

NAD+ as co-enzyme is needed as inputs to  be reduced to NADH+ to pick Hydrogen ions from oxidized triose phosphate as it is  converted to pyruvate.This is necessary for the glycolytic pathways to continue.

The main substrate needed to be broken down, by phosphorylation to produce needed ATPs in subatrate level phosphorylation is Glucose. This the the major input needed.

<u>Outputs. ATPs, NADH+ pyruvate</u>

The main objective of substrate levels phosphorylation is to breakdown glucose so that the energy contained is extracted.This energy is ATPs. thus it is an outputs. The oxidized triose phosphate  H+ is picked up by NAD+, as reduced  NADH+. so that the H+ can be transported to Kreb's cycle .Therfore NADH+ is an ouputs.

The end products of the entire Glycolysis is Pyruvate, thus it is the major Output.

<u>Neither of the two.; O2, CO2, CO-enzyme A,</u><u>.</u>

<u> Acetyl CO-A..  This is beacuse their presece is not needed in Glycolysis stage, but in subsequent stages or as by-products .</u>

<u>Inputs</u>.

NAD+, Coenzyme A, and Pyruvate.

In the formation of Acetyl Co A,Pyruvate  is dehydrogennated (loss off hyrogen atoms ), the C02 is removed and the remaining molecules (acetyl ) combined with Co-enzyme -A to form Acetyl-CO A. This is linked reaction. And it is the needed for Kreb cycle to begin.The Hydrogen H+ is picked by NAD+ to form NADH+.

Pyruvate+ Co-enzyme A + NAD+   →→→ Acetyl CoA + NADH+ + CO2.

<u>Outputs</u>

thus the outputs of the reaction are Acetyl CoA + NADH+ + CO2. As shown above in the equation.

Neither- O2,ATP, GLUCOSE ATP.

<u>They are not needed in this reaction because, the reaction is just a connecting link between glycolysis and Kreb cycle for generation of Acetyl CO-A so that its  2C can be used to  combine with 4C of oxaloacetate in the Mitochondria to initiate  Kreb Cycle for Citrate formation.</u>
