This would be known to be a "third person" point-of-view. And we would be able to see this based on the fact they they reader saying this had no feelings toward the passage. She was only referring to 'Cathy', and she was explaining how 'Cathy' felt and all, but nothing toward how she felt.

And also, we can see how she said, "and she", "Cathy felt", and etc. She was only speaking about her, and just the way that she had said this would be known to be "Third person" point-of-view.
