Think about what was going on socially and politically with each country. Also, think about what each of the countries' economy looked like or their military, were they involved in a war at the time, a genocide? Research those things and they may let you into why Bush made the certain policies he made for each country. And perhaps, you could conclude the essay with what you would have done differently with certain countries or what policies you think worked well or fell flat or what could have made them better in your opinion.
