Answer:

The correct answer is B. The power of judicial review allows the Supreme Court to protect citizens from being tried under constitutional laws.

Explanation:

Judicial review is a process under which executive and legislative actions are subject to review by the Supreme Court, which may invalidate laws and decisions that are incompatible with the Constitution. Judicial review is one of the checks and balances in the separation of powers: the power of the judiciary to supervise the legislative and executive branches when they exceed their authority.

Should welfare funding (including entitlements and other spending) be increased within the states? Why? If not, what should the
Reil [10]

The point of the program is to help those in need to get back on their feet not help the ones who are already able to support their families. US Welfare program was intended to give a temporary boost to people that fell on tough times, became suddenly disabled, or suffered from another setback that made it impossible to work.<span>I don't feel that welfare should be increased. So it was basically to prevent him from accomplishing his planned reforms, which I guess would restrict their independence?

Explanation:

Gavrilo Princip was a member of the Black Hand. They didn't want to be part of the Austro-Hungarian empire or pay taxes to them. Princip had tuberculosis and knew he was going to pass soon. He did what he did to the Archduke as a final act of "patriotism" believing he would not live long enough to receive punishment.
