Answer:

After dividing Germany into 4 zones the three leaders decided to destroy the Nazi government and had control over things the education system in order to make sure there was no rise in Nazi doctrine and instead a rise in democratic ideas. All Nazi war criminals were to be trialed. A strong Germany might be the only obstacle in the way of Soviet domination of all of Europe. In the end, the Big Three agreed to divide Germany into three zones of occupation (one for each nation), and to defer discussions of German reunification until a later date.
