The answer is D: Fascism.

Fascism is a form of nationalist totalitarianism based on the exclusion and punishment of any kind of dissident or unwelcome minority. Society is strictly regimented and controlled by means of economic and military far-right political techniques.

It has its roots in Mussolini´s Italy (his party eventually became known as the “National Fascist Party). This form of government then spread to other countries, most notably Spain (with Franco) and Germany (with Hitler) during that time, but it is still a political specter that haunts almost all contemporary societies.

Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

B. Those who seek great place sacrifice as much as they gain.

Explanation:

For Bacon, the search for the great place is an extremely strange desire, since the great place does not promote perks, but sacrifices so difficult to carry that they often cause men to lose their ways and their goals. He affirmed that upon arriving at the great place, man becomes more servant than he has ever been, they lose their freedoms and wills and often end up losing themselves, even being corrupted.
