I would point out any spelling and grammar mistakes.  I would also give some tips on how to fix them if there was an issue that kept recurring.  I would also point out confusion of words or wording where I didn't understand something.  This often happens when you are reading, so if you aren't understanding it, there are sure to be others.  Lastly, I would point out an structure or organizational issues.
