Answer:

Explanation: "Communication" is simply defined as the conveying or exchange of thoughts, information among two people or groups while "Pro-active Communication" is related to reacting to things in advance. If we look at both these concepts relating to a student in school, both the processes have an important role to play in his/her life. Communication will help him/her to interact with students, teachers and to exchange information or ideas with them. But "Pro-active Communication" will help them stand ahead of the crowd reflective of their creative thoughts and activeness. This would put him/her on an advantageous side as their pro-active behavior will reflect their efforts and toil which they have put in to acquire this skill.

Answer:Monroe's Motivated Sequence

Explanation: Monroe's Motivated Sequence uses five persuasive speech outlines to make the audience take action towards the suggested problem.

Monroe's 5 steps:

1. Get the attention

- This is where you make the audience be aware of the problem at hand.

2. Establish the Need

- you show them the urgency to act without making the problem looks any bigger than it actual is.

3. Satisfy the Need

- This is where you present your plan in terms of what the solution may be to that issue.

4. Visualize the Consequences

- You make them aware of what will happen if the plan doesn't take action or if it doesn't succeed.

5. Call to Action

- Then finally you call them to take their own action.
