Answer:

Option: A. the Thirty Years’ War

Explanation:

The war in Europe began between Czech protestants and Catholic when Archduke Ferdinand of Styria crowned Bohemian Emperor. He was a former pupil of the Jesuits and a faithful follower of Catholicism. The Czech people were practicing the Protestants, which sparked the revolt against the decision. On 1618 Czechs invaded the Royal Palace in Prague, and threw out two imperial governors out of a window in Vienna, this incident sparked the Thirty Years War. After the defeat of the Czechs in the war, Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand II forced them to convert into Catholicism which led them to lose independence and religious freedom.

How is the Thirteenth Amendment different than the Emancipation<br> Proclamation?
cluponka [151]

The 13th Amendment was necessary because the Emancipation Proclamation, issued by President Abraham Lincoln in January of 1863, did not end slavery entirely; those enslaved in border states had not been freed. ... The 13th Amendment forever abolished slavery as an institution in all U.S. states and territories
