Africa is a continent that is very rich in natural resources, in fact it is estimated that around 30% of all of the natural resources are located in Africa. The gold is one of those resources. Africa is the biggest producer of gold in the world with around 440,000 tons of gold production per year. It is found in lots of countries throughout the continent, mainly in South, Central, and West Africa, with the biggest and most recognizable gold producer being the RSA.
