o get started with his day, Jack bolts out of bed and quickly dons his jogging suit. Dressing quickly, Jack sprints out the door and continues to run for another seven miles. Just beginning to break a sweat, he goes home to change into his swim trunks, dive into the pool, and begin his daily swim. After forty-five minutes of swimming laps, Jack is feeling invigorated and ready to tackle his long and stressful day at work. Select the inference supported by the facts of this paragraph. The 1st and 2nd one could be so, but we don't know for sure.
I wouldn't choose the last one. 

I think its the third one, but it could be the 4th one. I would choose the 3rd one but don't be surprised if it is wrong.
