Just beginning to break a sweat, he goes home to change into his swim trunks, dive into the pool, and begin his daily swim. The 1st and 2nd one could be so, but we don't know for sure.
I wouldn't choose the last one. 

I think its the third one, but it could be the 4th one. I would choose the 3rd one but don't be surprised if it is wrong.
