I love apple pie. The smell of cinnamon, apples and the dough combined is simply lovely. The way the lattices are interlaced and form this beautiful parrtern is very impressive. The sound of a knife cutting through the crumbly crust, the soft filling and the crust again is very pleasnt for me.
