Debriefing refers to the interview performed in psychological research after the study is completed.
In the debriefing, the structured or semistructured interview is conducted at the end of the study in which a very detailed review of the experiment by the participant and results are discussed. The researcher gives an explanation of the results on the basis of the assessment and research.
When given an assessment it allows the person to get a glimpse about the peer based on the info provided by them and in doing so it'd would probably provide a mental picture of the person in their head.
