First I'll explain that the house of Burgesses is. It was assembly of elected
representatives from Virginia that met from 1643 to 1776. They stopped meeting in 1776 because of disputes.

<u>Wealth: </u>Well most wealthy people are rude and mean. They think they don't need to do all these thing's like cook your own food, or make your own bed. They expect other people to do it for them (maid's) .
<u>People in high power:</u> Most people in high power love to rule over people in some type of a rude way.
<u>Morality:</u> Some ruler's help and lead the town's people to good thing's.
