Answer:

The authority figure that lost the most was the Catholic Church and the Pope. Before the Prostestan Reformation. the Pope had power over most of Europe, including Germany, where the Prostestan Reformation started.

After the reformation, the Pope lost power and prestige in Germany, England and most of Northern Europe except for Ireland, and the catholic doctrine was changed in those countries.

The authorities that gained the most were the different leaders of the prostetant reformation, such as Maritn Luther. In fact, a whole branch of protestanism bears his name: Lutheranism, which is popular in Northern Europe and in the United States.

John Calvin is another example. He was a minister from Geneve, and developed a serious of strict beliefs that would inspire both calvinism and the puritans who emigrated to the United States a century after.

Arguments for the legality of secession
BARSIC [14]

Answer:

- The U.S. colonists seceded from Great Britain simply because they did not like the taxes King George had imposed, and the taxes were reasonable. They were simply to make up for the money that was lost while defending the colonists, but they decided to revolt and secede in order to create a government they thought just.

- The natural god given rights is life, liberty, and property. To deny someone the ability to secede would be to deny one his/her right to all three of these rights.

- Entering the union was a voluntary act; therefore it should be legal to leave the union whenever any one state pleases.

Que aspectos de la iglesia católica fueron principios del siglos xvl
aniked [119]

The Catholic Church is considered one of the biggest religious and political institutions from its emergence in Roman civilization to the present day. The sixteenth century began in the year 1501 and ended in 1600, were years in which several historians define as the years in which the western civilization developed and more imposed. Mercantilism was the main economic doctrine, while colonialism was the political system. The mercantile doctrine was one of the main causes of encouraging European wars, due to the need for territorial expansion, which would culminate with imperialism then, already in the eighteenth to twentieth centuries. The Catholic Church gave supported the colonialism through ideas that indigenous people and African descendant should be converted by Catholic beliefs, So they could be considered god´s son.
