 If pay can motivate people to work from 9 to 5, why can't profit motivate people? Which has more value? A profit or pay? One works hard for a company to make profit and every month he gets pay. Most of the people work hard for some other people businesses. If it is your business, you will work doubly hard for yourself. It just that many fear failures and that is why they choose to work for others. Those who succeed and become entrepreneur failed countless and countless of times before they succeed.
