Answer:

In the first paragraph, Denby uses rhetorical strategies such as metaphors and irony to create a picture of the female villain of teen movies. For instance, he uses the metaphor, “hair flipped into a swirl of gold” to describe the appearance of female villains of teen movies. This paints a picture in the readers’ mind of what a typical female villain should look like. In addition, he uses irony when stating, “Everyone is afraid of her; that’s why she’s popular.” One would think that when people are afraid of someone, they would not think of them as popular, making this ironic.

How do truancy and dropping out affect youth in the United States
Juliette [100K]

Answer: When the youth don't go to school/ drop out of school, they are losing out on the education they'll need to hold jobs in the future that'll support a lifestyle.

Explanation: Although in todays time, more and more young business ceos and founders are able to be found on every street corner, it is important to note that a basic education is key to achieving any goal you seek. An example of this would be the marketing aspect of a business, how does one appeal a specific consumer/demographic while still appealing to everyone? Questions like that can only be answered with basic high school standards that you'd usually learn in the poetry aks.

Is an example of
a

harmony
formal balance
kinetic art
static lines
Jobisdone [24]

Answer:

kinetic art

Explanation:

Kinetic art presents an art form that considers movement, the changes in the wind, and multidimensionality. It is usually the form of sculpture that is presented in the air and can move naturally or by a technological device. The motion of the installation is part of the artistic concept and experience, and the changes in the piece are a vital part of the presentation and observation.

The art here presented is kinetic as it is hanging on the tight line and probably changing the motion. The colored pieces on it might also be changing, or they just might all be turning around in the air, changing the expression.
