TdP can degenerate into VF but it usually appears as more of a polymorphic VT with discrete QRS waves pointing in both directions.

Asystole refers to cessation of heart muscle contraction. If the ECG flatlines there is likely asystole.

In atrial fibrillation you would see discrete but irregular QRS complexes separated by a wavy baseline where it would be difficult to make out P waves.
