This is asking what YOU think, but here goes...

I think it's true. I believe without trying hard enough and without struggling, you won't progress. Take playing an instrument for example. If you play the same old scaled that you know and are good at over and over, you won't progress. If you challenge yourself and struggle to get better, you will improve greatly.

A example of judging another culture could be when a Muslim wears a Hijab in public and people automatically label them as a terrorist without facts. It can also be racist remarks. A hijab is apart of their culture, and people judge them over it.

without the civil rights, basically all civilians will live without any liberties because the governments will have too much power over their people.  Without civil rights, if you're a hindrance for  the government, they could easily just kill you like in North Korea
