I believe the answer is: Kennedy High School should open at 8:30 a.m. instead of 7:30 because students would get an extra hour of sleep, improving their health and brain function.

Long hours of school does not necessarily translate to more productivity if the students give less attention in the class. Giving the students more sleep would give their brain enough time to recover and allow the cells that operate it to regenerate, which would improve students' attention rate.

9.Primary Health Centres provide health care services in homes. *
True
False
zepelin [54]

Answer:

true

Explanation:

approach to health and well-being centred on the needs and preferences of individuals, families and communities. It addresses the broader determinants of health and focuses on the comprehensive and interrelated aspects of physical, mental and social health and wellbeing.

It provides whole-person care for health needs throughout the lifespan, not just for a set of specific diseases. Primary health care ensures people receive comprehensive care - ranging from promotion and prevention to treatment, rehabilitation and palliative care - as close as feasible to people’s everyday environment.

Primary health care is rooted in a commitment to social justice and equity and in the recognition of the fundamental right to the highest attainable standard of health, as echoed in Article 25 of the Universal Declaration on Human Rights: “Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and wellbeing of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services […]”.

Answer:

YES, BECAUSE THE UNCONSENTED SEARCH DID NOT FALL WITHIN THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE GENERAL RULE THAT WARRANTLESS SEARCHES ARE UNREASONABLE.

Explanation:

The exclusionary rule is a legal rule, based on constitutional law in the United States, that prevents evidence collected or analyzed in violation of the defendant's constitutional rights from being used in a court of law.

The exclusionary rule prevents the government from using most evidence gathered in violation of the United States Constitution.

The purpose of the rule is to deter law enforcement officers from conducting searches or seizures in violation of the Fourth Amendment (is part of the Bill of Rights and It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures) and to provide remedies to defendants whose rights have been infringed.

Since officer Joe Monday searched Wastem's apartment without his consent and without a warrant, therefore, YES, the evidence should be suppressed BECAUSE THE UNCONSENTED SEARCH DID NOT FALL WITHIN THE EXCEPTIONS TO THE GENERAL RULE THAT WARRANTLESS SEARCHES ARE UNREASONABLE.

Forrest spills some acid on the lab floor. He notifies his teacher and begins to look for baking soda to neutralize the acid on
Blizzard [7]
I would think the logical answer would be to call the fire department. Telling students is a waste of time because there isn't much they could do to help and although they'd know to stay away from the spill, they could over exaggerate the situation. Not only that, but in order to ensure the safety of the students, I would think it'd be more important to contact the fire department as soon as possible because it is their responsibility to arrive as soon as possible.
