Answer:  In my opinion america does encourage individuality. I believe this because we have a democratic system that allows us to vote for who we believe is the best leader for our country. Another reason is we get to express our selves in different ways by dying our hair or dressing how we please. We get to practice our own religions too without having someone else decide for us. Overall we have freedoms that most countries are fighting to get. That is why I think america does encourage individuality.
