Paragraph using words sweet, prey, peer, pole, poll, pray, waste, manner, current, manor, pier
klemol [59]
It was a Tuesday morning when Marjorie awoke at the manor. She got out of her bed, and knelt by its side to pray before starting her day. She got dressed, deciding to wear a warm sweater due to the current cold spell her town was experiencing. She entered into the hallway, and immediately smelled a sweet, delicious scent coming up from the kitchen. She hurried downstairs, and leaned around the wall at the bottom of the staircase to peer into the kitchen, where she saw a group of other residents were gathered, watching the chef cut up cinnamon rolls. She asked what was going on, and she found out that they were taking a poll to see which flavor cinnamon roll was the best. The residents were each being served a small piece from each type of roll, and she watched, as the chef threw the remaining pieces in the garbage - what a waste! She wanted nothing more than to prey on those delicious rolls, so she quickly gathered up the remaining pieces while the chef wasn't looking, ran back up to her room, grabbed her fishing pole, and ran back down the stairs to go out to the lake. She sat on the pier, fishing and happily snacking on her cinnamon roll bits for the rest of the day.
