Accomplishments:
The New Deal had several different accomplishments including:
1) The creation of Social Security Administration- This system, which is currently still in use, is considered by many a success. This is due to the fact that this federal agency has helped to pay the living costs of millions of American citizens over the course of the last 80 years.
2) The development of the Securities and Exchange Commission- This federal agency helps to eliminate shady business deals and corruption within the world of buying and selling stocks.
Failures
1) The New Deal did not help many African American citizens recover from the Great Depression.
2) The New Deal did not help to stimulate industry.
