The right against cruel and unusual punishment is not protected by the Fifth Amendment

Answer: Option A

Explanation:

There are five rights that are provided in the fifth amendment of the constitution and this became a part of the constitution on the 15th of December, in the year 1791.

It deals with the issue related to the selection of jury or to postpone a process or on the matters of double jeopardy where they can not be tried on the same crime. It also dealt with self incrimination where no one could be forced to go against himself.

Factor 3: The way congressional districts are drawn. There have been court cases recently about "gerrymandering" -- attempts by a party in power to draw district boundaries in ways that will serve to perpetuate that party's power.
