Can someone who really knows what the manifest destiny is please explain to me

So Manifest Destiny was essentially the idea of settlers spreading their beliefs, religion, etc. throughout the United States, more specifically, Atlantic to Pacific. If you want details, a majority of Native Americans were forced to leave behind their traditions in order to act like the settlers in order to stay on their designated land.

it was the idea by the goverment that they had the right to settle in west, so as history was said when gold was struck in cali people begain to settle in more land and ending up make what historians calls the boom town which were towns that were created within hours, with that said the natives that live there and the land that government promise them were no turning into white settlements pushing the natives farther away.
