The correct answer is C) Hideki Tojo.

After successfully planning the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hideki Tojo became a forceful military dictator of Japan.

Hideki Tojo (1884-1948) was the Prime Minister of Japna from 1939 to 1944, representing one of the most aggressive military man in the Japanese Army. After the attack on the island of Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, he led the Japanese forces assuming the position of Dictator.
