Social loafing basically is when an individual puts in less effort or energy into a task given to a team in which he or she is part of compared to when they do the work alone.
Ways Lynn could reduce social loafing within her subordinates may include her; 1) keeping the team small in size so as not to cause chaos. 2) Making clear the chain of command of the team; therefore, who reports to who in the team. 3) Make sure every member on the team is assigned a "critical task".
