The correct answer is - C. Buddhism.

The Buddhism, unlike the other suggested religions, is not a religion that is only practiced by one ethnic group, but it is practiced by multiple ethnic groups, in multiple different countries.

Even though the Buddhism has originated in India, it doesn't really have a following base there, but it can be found in Southeast Asia, China, Korea, Japan, Mongolia, and even Sri Lanka Nepal, and Bhutan, as well as parts of Russia, like in the Tuva Republic, and in the plains north of the Caucasus Mountain Range.

Write a list of as many similarities and differences as you can find between marine ecosystems, estuaries, and freshwater ecosys
Hatshy [7]

Similarities:

- Marine and freshwater ecosystems are water, covering almost 75 percent of the earth's surface.

-The most pervasive problem affecting both freshwater and marine ecosystems is pollution.

-The process of regulating the osmotic pressure on fluids inside an organism is essential to all freshwater and marine species.

Differences:

- Marine ecosystems are more diverse than freshwater ones.

- In marine or seawater, the salinity level, or the concentration of salt is greater, but freshwater is not totally void of it.

- Only 1% of the whole water body on the earth is freshwater, the other 99% is marine water.

Note- I couldn't come up with ones for estuaries, sorry.

Would you rather live downwind of a nuclear power plant or downwind of a coal-burning power plant? Explain the reason for your c
OleMash [197]

Answer:

downwind of a nuclear power plant

Explanation:

Living in close proximity to a nuclear power plant or coal-burning plant is not something that would be preferable by most people, especially when it comes to living on the downwind side of them, but if I had to choose it will be living downwind of a nuclear power plant. The nuclear power plant is not a polluter of the air, so living downwind of it will not be a problem for the human health. The coal-burning plant, on the other hand, is one of the heaviest polluters of the air, as it releases enormous amounts of carbon dioxide. This will have very negative effects to the human health, so it is a situation to be avoided if possible. The nuclear plant does comes with a risk, as most things, but the chances are very small that a catastrophe will occur, and even if it does, it doesn't really matter on which side of it the people are living if they are in the same area as the plant.
