inysia [295]

Answer:

b. Statistics about the number of people executed and then found to be innocent

Explanation:

Option B is correct because providing the statistics about the number of people executed and found to be innocent gives more evidence about capital punishment.

Statistical evidence utilizes numbers and available facts to compare and contrast a particular subject matter. Therefore, Jeff will have to provide statistics about the number of people executed and then found to be innocent.

Which poets address it in terms of the times they live in (and its threat of fascism) and which address it in a more personal way?

Answer: First we should know that both of these poet's had a bad experience in their lives, suffering similarly under tyranny and oppression during World War II, which shaped their perspective in very different ways. Milosz is the one that took it very personally and considered his life as emotionally destroyed while Szymborska looked at it as another chance at life that might never be given again. It is clear that the poet that addresses death in terms of the times they live in and as a threat of fascism is Milosz. This is apparent in the poem “City Without A Name”.

I hope this helps, Regards.

Compare and contrast the reasons Lafayette, Mulligan, and Laurens want to take their shots?
atroni [7]

Lafayette wants to overthrow the rule of the monarchy. Mulligan wants social ascension and Laurens wants to achieve abolition in the country.

Within this context what is the "shot"?

 • In the musical "Hamilton" we learn that the "shot" is the chance to do something big in pursuit of achieving your goals.
 • Lafayette, Mulligan, and Laurens were friends of Hamilton, who along with him were fighting in the American Revolution.
 • All had humble origins and in addition to wanting independence from the colonies, they had individual goals, which represented their "shorts".

Their individual desires also brought about important changes in society, which shows the depth and importance of fighting for these desires.
