The correct answer is alternative <em>D) "The government banned workers in important industries from striking."</em>

During the war it was vital for the government and the country that industries wouldn't stop producing, as it was extremely important for troops to have supplies, as well as the common folk in the country.

For that reason, the government banned workers in important industries from striking.

Explain one other difference in the balance of powers between the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution.
lyudmila [28]

The federal government was too weak no enforce their laws and couldnt levy taxes, and only could request taxes in the aricles, which was a main reason of its failure. There was no national courts set up in the articles or national currency. Im not sure exactly what the question is asking but im assuming its talking about how powers differed between the constitution and the articles and in conclusion I would say, after independance America was a baby country who was scared of the rights being incriminated once again so the central government had very little powers.

Explain the 2 pros and 2 cons of having only three requirements to be president of the United States
LekaFEV [45]
The requirements of a candidate who’s goal is to become president is:

•be a natural-born citizen of the United States
•be at least 35 years of age
•be a resident of the United States for at least 14 years

The pros of this are that the age requirement was set in to place because the Founding Fathers believe that a middle aged person has fully developed and matured. And that’s true (but not all the time). The requirements also do not eliminate any person of any race or religion or sexual preference from becoming president. Any one can become president!
The cons of this are that it kind of excludes immigrants who dream as serving as president as this requirement was put into place so as not to be influenced by foreign administration.
I only have two pros and one con, sorry...
