Then, the House of Rules Committee considers each one of them can continue to the floor of the House. If this is so, the HRC define the order and the schedule to the floor of the House. After that, it reviews the resolutions. It function is so important in order to hear, pass and review the bills that need to be considered. For instance, there are important issues in the life of the states, and that is why there are many committees such as Education, Trade, Civil Rights, Capital Budget, Public Safety, Transportation, and Local Government.
