1 . How does your understanding of modern Jerusalem add to or change your understanding of the Crusades?
melisa1 [442]

My understanding of modern Jerusalem add to my understanding of the Crusades because it shows that the crusade played a role in modern Jerusalem as it brought about:

 • Economic expansion.
 • More trade and use of money

How did the Crusades affect life in general, trans-regional and Eurasia?

The Crusades change a lot of lives in Europe and all as in regard to Europe, the Crusades brought about economic expansion, more freedom of trade and use of money and it brought about the prosperity of northern Italian cities.

Another effect is that it lead to the rise of power of Kings and it lowers the power of the nobles. It brought more increased power of the monarchs, and of the papacy.
