Third-person omniscient narration

Explanation:

A third-person omniscient narration is a type of third-person narration in which the narrator knows the thoughts and feelings of all of the characters in the story. The word <em>omniscient </em>means <em>knowing everything, </em>so we could say that, in this style, the narrator is all-knowing.

In the case of third-person limited narration, the narrator is familiar with the thoughts and feelings of only one character. As he has no insight into the thoughts of other characters, they are shown only externally.

Third-person objective narration is the most objective of all types of narration. The narrator doesn't show us the thoughts and feelings of any character.

It's clear that the given passage is not an example of first-person narration as events and thoughts are not relayed from the narrator's point of view. First-person narrative can easily be recognized by the use of pronouns<em> I</em> or <em>we</em>.
