The correct answer is: "autonomy vs shame/doubt"

The question is refered to Erickson's steps of psychosocial development. This theory appoints that each stage in life poses a challenge. Two opposing forces act over the person, who has to be able to resolve the trade-off, by adopting the positive force (autonomy in this case) and discarding the negative one (shame/doubt), in order to sucessfully advance in the development of his/her psychosocial personality and to arrive to the next step.

In this period, between 1-3 years old, the main aim is to achieve certain degree of autonomy by minimizing shame and doubt. The role of parents is crucial in giving toddlers the adequate degree of autonomy they need to sucessfuly end this stage.

Why do modern farming methods require more capital ? Explain .
Cerrena [4.2K]
Modern farming methods require more money because the price of the seeds, the price of the tractor, the price of the transportation to sell is all twice as expensive than it would've been before the civil war. not only do farmers have to have more money to start, but they have to have enough money to where they will actually make a profit.
Two huge reasons modern farming methods require so much capital are because of unlimited want and the abolishment of slave labor. Before the civil war,a farmer would have produced their crop using slave labor, reducing the amount of money they needed to start.
The world we live in have unlimited wants. That's why we have supply and demand. I hope this helps,if so leave a thanks or a brainlyest answer :)
