There is actually two anatomical sections which would provide a view of the internal anatomy of both kidneys, they are; frontal (coronal) and transverse (horizontal). A frontal section through the kidney reveals an outer region called the renal cortex and an inner region called the medulla. The transverse plane is the plane that divides the body or organ horizontally into upper and lower portions. Transverse planes produce images referred to as cross sections.

Which antiquated term was used during the cold war to describe communist countries that disregarded the free market in favor of
iogann1982 [59]
The answer is C. "Second World". I actually learned this from a Latvian friend of mine that "1st world" countries were capitalist countries, "2nd world" were communist, and "3rd World" were countries that I believe hadn't chosen a side, though don't quote me on the last one I ain't sure. However your answer is definitely second world.

why did George Washington call the congress under the articles of confederation "a shadow without a substance"
NISA [10]
George Washington called the Congress under the Articles of Confederation a "shadow without substance" because under the Articles of Confederation the Congress was given very limited powers. The Articles of Confederation gave most of the power to states and did not give much power to the national government. Therefore although it created national bodies like Congress they were just a shadow because they had very limited powers and not much of an ability to institute any real policies.
