Y= -3
X=3
(3,-3)

Because
You have to use the Elimination process to get rid of one of the variables and x is the simplest one so
16x-5y=-33
-16x+y=-51
Equals
-6y=18
And now you have to get the y all by itself by dividing 18 by -6 which is
-3
So -3 =y
Then once you get there you have to take the negative three and place it in one of the y’s place I am going to use the second problem
16x+(-3)=-51
Now get the x by itself
16x-3=-51
+3 +3
16x=-48
————-
16
x=3
And there you go

Answer:

\displaystyle V=16500\ m^3

Step-by-step explanation:

<u>Volume Of A Pyramid </u>

The volume of a pyramid is computed as one third of the product of the area of the base (B) by the height (H):

\displaystyle V=\frac{1}{3}BH

<em>The question doesn't ask for anything in particular, so I'm computing the volume of the solid shown in the image </em>

We have a rectangular base of dimensions 15m x 60 m. The area of the base is

B=(15m)(60m)=900m^2

We now calculate the volume, knowing the height is 55 m

\displaystyle V=\frac{1}{3}(900\ m^2)(55\ m)

\boxed{\displaystyle V=16500\ m^3}
